Using our website

If you are looking to receive up to four free boiler quotes please submit your details in our webform.

Once we have received your details, we will pass your details to one boiler quote finding company. They will then contact you directly via phone and/or email to understand in more detail your boiler requirements.

Based on your dialogue with the boiler quote finding company they will let you know which boiler companies (up to four companies) they are able to pass your details to. You are then able to decide whether you would like your details passed to those companies.

The information we capture on this page is;

  • Telephone number
  • We capture both email and telephone number so that if the boiler quote finding company are unable to reach you on the phone, they may can contact you via email in relation to boilers.
  • In addition, we may collect your IP address and use cookies (see our cookie policy below) unless you configure your web browser not to accept them.

Completing our initial enquiry form.

If you contact us via the web form on our website or submit an enquiry on one of our landing pages, your data will be protected by a secure socket layer. The main website is hosted on a dedicated server in IOMart’s datacenter, all other enquiry pages are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google analytics is used to gather user data, such as number of visitors to a page. This data is used to improve our pages so that they meet your needs. We also use a tracking service to improve your experience through making the interactive elements on the page easier to use.

Data collected through form inputs is stored in a database on AWS. The data is securely transferred to Salesforce.com, where it is distributed to a boiler quote finding company who is best placed to meet your needs. Your data is stored on AWS for a maximum of 30 days, after which, it is deleted.
